It lies approximately 70 km south of Turkey, 100 km west of Syria and about 270 km east of Kastellorizon, the extreme south-eastern limit of Greece.

The very name Cyprus, it has been said, shimmers with an age-old mystique. Today, history and indulgence are comfortably intertwined on the island. Ravishing five-star resorts within walking distance of well-preserved Greek and Roman ruins, this enchanting island offers every amenity the modern traveller has come to expect and more, from stunning swimming pools, gardens and beachfronts, to state of the art thalassotherapy health spas.
History
