Elysium Gates in Coral Bay
Built to true Tuscany style, the ultimate coastal luxury estate, the first of its kind where internal design is unique to the client’s specification. Elysium Gates estate is situated in the ever so popular Coral Bay. The estate is close to all local amenities, restaurants, pubs and only a walk away from the beautiful sandy beach of Coral Bay.
Elysium Gates estate will consist of seven luxury villas, ranging from 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. You have the option to change the 2 bedroom to 3, the 3 to 4 and the 4 to 5 bedrooms. You decide on how many en-suites bathrooms you want or simply remain with the current plans. Each stylish villa will be built on a large plot of land, with the smallest plot of 856m² and the biggest of 1643m². The villas are all fitted with imported Italian kitchens and wardrobes with a wide range of designs and colors to choose from. All the kitchens will be finished off with granite worktops. A range of high quality Italian ceramic tiles are available to choose from and are fitted as a standard. A BBQ area with worktop surfaces is a standard in all.
Each villa will be equipped with its own private swimming pool where one can cool off in the hot sunny summers. Elysium Gates will be constructed to the highest standard.
All external walls will be finished off in graffiato and fitted with pipe in pipe plumbing system. Water pressure system comes as a standard. An electric gate and guard house will be at the main entrance of the estate. An intercom system will be installed in each villa with a control to open the gate for any visitors. Classic street lights will be fitted throughout the whole estate.
