Once you have made a booking you have in turn agreed to, and guarantee to accept, the terms and booking conditions, set out by ELDE Holidays Ltd. below, on behalf of you and your party. It is imperative that you are a minimum of 18 years of age to make a booking with us. Your contract with ELDE Holidays Ltd. is established once we have received the first payment via either bank transfer of by credit card.
Holiday Payment
Once it has been decided to go ahead with a booking, a 25% deposit of the total cost of your holiday will be required. The balance of your holiday is payable a minimum one month prior to arrival. Failure to pay in one month before departure will lead to the cancellation of your holiday and the loss of deposit paid to us by you, unless agreed otherwise.
Should a booking be made within 8 weeks prior to arrival, this will be considered as a late booking and full payment must be received before the booking can be confirmed. Full payment is also required for bookings of less than one week.
Payment can be made by one of two methods, either by bank transfer or by credit card.

Credit Card - Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Should you pay by this method please note that there is no charge for credit card transactions.
The price of your holiday
ELDE Holidays Ltd. reserves the right to change their prices during the holiday season, depending on the availability of accommodation. Once a booking has been made, no refund is entitled to you by ELDE Holidays Ltd. should a reduction in price occur for your accommodation, for the period you have booked. Similarly, should the price increase, you will not be obliged to pay the difference.
Holiday Confirmation
We advise that you check the booking confirmation as soon as you receive it. Should you find any discrepancies, please inform us straightaway. It may not be possible to make changes nearer the time of your departure and should you decide to cancel as a result charges may be incurred.
Changes to your Booking
Should you wish to change your holiday arrangements once confirmation has been made and first payment taken, we will do our best to carry out these changes, however it may not always be possible. Extreme changes made within 8 weeks of departure will be dealt with as a cancellation, and charges may be incurred (see ‘Cancellations of your Booking’ section).
Cancellation of your Booking
In order to cancel a confirmed booking, or part of a confirmed booking, it is necessary that the Party Leader informs ELDE Holidays Ltd. in writing, either by fax or by email. Cancellation is taken into effect from the date your notification is received. Cancellations made after confirmation of a booking, and receipt of payment, will in turn lead to compensation to ELDE Holidays Ltd. for losses, as costs are incurred from the time first payment has been taken. The closer a cancellation is made to the date of departure; the less likely it is for ELDE Holidays Ltd. to re-book the accommodation, and at the price initially quoted. Therefore, cancellation charges will be incurred. These can be seen in the table below:

It should be possible to recover the charges incurred by cancellation from your insurance policy, should the reason for cancellation be covered by them. In this event, claims must be made to the insurance company directly.
Cancellation or Changes to your Booking by ELDE Holidays Ltd.
It is unlikely that changes to your booking will be made by ELDE Holidays Ltd. However, on occasion it may be necessary to make a change and to correct information displayed on our websites before and after confirmation of bookings have been made. Should it be necessary to make a slight alteration to your confirmed booking, we will do our utmost to notify you before your arrival. In the event of a significant change or cancellation to your booking must be made, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this circumstance there are several options open to you:
a. you can accept the alternative arrangements made
b. you can choose your own alternative. Should the price be lower than original booking, a refund will be made to you of the difference (should full payment already been made).
c. you can cancel the booking entirely and a full refund of all monies paid will be made.
Breakages and Damages
Credit card details must be provided by the Client in the event that there is damage, breakages or missing items, this will be evaluated by the accommodation owner and this amount will be charged to the Clients credit card.
Accommodation and Behaviour
The accommodation which has been booked and confirmed is reserved exclusively for those persons named on the booking form which should be completed on confirmation. No additional persons, unless agreed with ELDE Holidays Ltd. in writing, are permitted to stay in the accommodation.
During your stay in the confirmed accommodation, it is necessary that you show consideration for neighbouring villas (if applicable) and for the property itself. With regard to behaviour, in the event you and your party appear to be conducting yourselves in a way which is deemed inappropriate, for example causing annoyance, distress, danger to others or damage to the property, ELDE Holidays reserves the right to terminate your holiday arrangements, without refund or compensation.
In the event a member of your party is responsible for breakages, loss or damage to the property, or its contents, the Party Leader will be held entirely responsible and as a result will incur a charge for replacement or repair. This will either be made payable locally or an invoice sent to your home address. An inventory and detailed photographs have been taken of each property and its contents. Children and youths should be supervised as necessary in order to avoid harm to themselves, others or damage to the property. ELDE Holidays Ltd. and accommodation owners will not be held responsible should accidents or damage to the property occur during your stay due to negligence on your part or insufficient supervision.
Holiday Insurance
It is essential that holiday insurance is obtained. A booking will not be accepted until arrangements for insurance have been made. It is possible to purchase insurance though ELDE Holidays Ltd., alternatively you may make your own arrangements, however ensure that any alternative cover possesses a 24 hour emergency telephone service.
Complaints
Should you have reason for complaint during your holiday, please inform a representative of ELDE Holidays immediately in order that actions may be taken and the problem rectified. In the event a complaint may not be resolved, official notification must be received by ELDE Holidays Ltd. in writing within one month, a complaint made after this may be more difficult to prove and investigate.
The Holiday Process
Transfers & Transport to the Property
It is recommended that you allow ELDE Holidays Ltd. to arrange transfer to the villa (due to delivery of keys and finding the property easily on arrival). For this reason El-De Holidays Ltd. can organise taxi transfers from the airport and can also arrange Car Hire, which can be delivered to the airport.

In the event of an emergency, you can call ELDE Holidays Ltd. locally on 99552999 or 99215707 (NB if you are using your mobile phone – you may need to dial the Cyprus STD Code as prefix, which is 00357).
Check-in
Check in to the property is in the afternoon, 15:00 onward unless agreed otherwise.
Check-out
Check-out is usually before noon unless agreed otherwise. In some cases you may be allowed to leave your bags at the property to make way for the maid to clean for the next guests and recollect your bags later in the afternoon. This is subject to agreement with the caretaker or person you have booked your accommodation with. Return of Keys on departure – when you are leaving the property on your departure date, please leave the keys on the front table, dining table or, where applicable, on the door key holder usually just behind the front entrance door. It is best to confirm this with an ELDE Holidays Representative.
Data Protection
ELDE Holidays Ltd. is obliged to protect all personal data about both you and your family. In accordance, we guarantee that any information gathered through the booking process is securely held. ELDE Holidays Ltd. will pass on these details to property owners, where necessary, in order to process both the enquiry and to proceed with the final booking arrangements of your chosen holiday accommodation. No third party will be passed your information that is not involved in the booking or advertising process. However, we reserve the right to pass your information to security or credit checking companies, public authorities for instance immigration and customs if required by them or as required by law.
